2025 TLA Budget Book Coming Soon!

The Landings Association’s 2025 Budget Book is nearing completion. TLA's Board will vote to approve the document at its December 17 meeting, after which the book will be posted online (www.landings.org).

There are 291 pages in the 2025 Budget Book, which may seem a little overwhelming to the casual reader. However, our goal is to provide a comprehensive explanation of all components, processes, and requirements of the budget process, as well as thorough explanations of programs and service levels, and their associated revenue and expenditures.

We invite you to join us for a three-part video series that talks through the Operating Fund Budget and Capital Reserves Fund Budget. Over the next several weeks we will dive into the numbers, changes, impacts, and details for 2025.
