County to Hold Public Meeting to Discuss Proposed Green Island Road Path

The Landings Association (TLA) encourages members to attend Chatham County’s Public Meeting on the proposed Green Island Road Multipurpose Path. The meeting will be held at Skidaway Island Baptist Church on December 5 from 4 to 7 p.m.

This path is planned to run approximately 2.1 miles from the cul-de-sac on Green Island Road to Diamond Causeway, with connection to the existing paths on the north side of Diamond Causeway.

Please note this meeting is being run exclusively by the County, and TLA is not aware of the meeting format or who will be presenting the information. However, TLA’s Legal Counsel, Board, and Staff are following the process of the proposed path, and sharing with Chatham County any concerns.

This is a great opportunity to learn more about the project, ask questions, and share your input! For more details, click here to visit the County’s project page.
