Community Path Maintenance
This week, Absolute Concrete replaced damaged panels on community paths located on Tidewater Way, Delegal Road, Yam Gandy Road, and Brandenberry Road.
2024 Storm Drain Project
Southeast Pipe began working on Area 2 of this year’s storm drain project which includes using Cured In Place Piping (CIPP) technology on the storm drain pipes that require repairs in the following areas: Bartram Road, Monastery Road West, Captain Dunbar Lane, Button Lane, Pipemaker Lane, and Priest Landing Drive.
Landings Harbor Marina Store and Fish Cleaning Station Roof Repairs
On Wednesday, Divine Roofing began removing the shingles from the roof of the Landings Harbor Ship Store and the Fish Cleaning Station to prepare for the installation of the new roofs. Both buildings were damaged because of the high winds sustained from Hurricane Helene and now require new roofs.
