Landings Harbor Marina returned to normal operating hours after the holidays. Staff worked with several dry storage boaters to secure in-water space accommodations while the marina was closed. The warm weather allowed many residents to take to the water and enjoy one final outing in 2025.

All dry rack boats in the D, E, & F building have been relocated to ground level racks and other available spaces on the property. The contractor began removing the first rack building Monday morning. We expect the demolition to be complete by Wednesday of next week. The foundations will be installed for the new building scheduled to arrive in February immediately after demolition is complete. The final phase is expected to begin as soon as phase three is completed. The project timing could impact the beginning of the boating season; our contractors are working diligently to ensure that there is as little disruption to operations as possible.

The construction crew from Public Works returned after the holidays to continue working on the split rail. New ambient lighting and a freshwater system will be installed once the construction part of the project is completed.

TLA Public Works’ Construction Team has completed 40% of the fencing and plans to have the project completed soon.

Delegal Creek Marina

Delegal Creek Marina Operating hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Daily

Staff continued with routine maintenance on the docks and property. Marina staff began performing an audit on the waiting list for Delegal Creek Marina at the beginning of the year. Marina occupancy fell below 100% at the end of December. Calls were made from the waiting list to fill four available slips. Two slips were successfully filled from the waiting list while two remain on hold for a response. Residents are asked to reply within 48 hours or risk being moved from the top of the list.
