 All dry rack boats in the D, E, & F building have been relocated to ground level racks and other available spaces on the property. The project is approximately 60 days behind our original schedule due to permitting issues. Our General Contractor has confirmed that the permit review would be final by this Friday. The demolition contractor is scheduling mobilizing to the site with consideration of the upcoming Holidays.

The split rail fence at Landings Harbor is being replaced with sustainable materials designed to withstand the harsh marine environment. As TLA enhances the infrastructure and assets throughout the community, both innovative measures and materials life expectancies are being considered. The construction crew from Public Works has completed 40% of the fencing and plans to have the project completed before the New Year. New ambient lighting will be installed once the project is completed.

Staff continued with routine maintenance on the docks and property. Freezing temperatures earlier this week kept boat traffic to a minimum.
