On the Waterfront
Landings Harbor Marina
Normal Operating Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Sunday.

Coastal Construction is ahead of schedule with the restroom remodel project. All new framing, sub-floor repairs, plumbing, and drywall are complete.
The Dry rack project is expected to commence soon. All vessels assigned to the D, E, and F rack have been relocated to ground level racks and other available spaces in other rack buildings during construction. Due to the limited number of wash racks available during construction, boaters with scheduled reservations are asked to notify the Marina office or make the appropriate changes to your reservation if you are unable to arrive on time. Staff may delay movements made on the BoatCloud App until the boat owner arrives at the property.
The Marinas staff collaborated with TLGAC staff this week when a small hydraulic line developed a leak on one of our forklifts. The Marinas staff contacted Chris Steigelman to request the use of their hydraulic hose crimper Monday morning. Staff built the new hydraulic hose and returned the lift back into service within one hour. Thank you to Chris and his staff for their partnership and assistance.
Landings Dry Storage Activity
Delegal Creek Marina
Delegal Creek Marina Operating hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Daily
Delegal Creek Marina is seeing more transient vessels making their migration south for the winter. Staff continued our routine maintenance on the docks and property. The pump out system is offline until some minor repairs are made. Staff will install the new check valve and repair parts before the end of the week.
The Marinas staff work long hours during the summer months keeping our boaters on the water. The Marinas staff traded their boating shoes in for bowling shoes this week. The staff gathered at Frames N’ Games to enjoy a few rounds of friendly competition bowling and pizza. Team building outings are a way to enjoy each other’s company in a casual environment, build trusting relationships, and have fun outside of work.
