Burglary

On Saturday, November 9, Security and Chatham County Police Department (CCPD) responded to a residence in Oakridge for a report of a burglary. The homeowner advised that he left home around 3:30 p.m. and upon returning around 7:40 p.m., he noticed that all the cabinets in the kitchen had been opened and his laundry had been knocked off the counter. The only missing item appeared to be a small amount of cash at the time of the initial report. Although property damage was discovered to a glass door, it did not attribute to forced entry. It is unknown who entered the residence. CCPD is investigating.

Trespass Warning

A Trespass Warning was requested from CCPD for a juvenile residing on Skidaway Island.
