CCA Skidaway’s Annual Oyster Roast and Pig Pickin’ creates a delightful culinary experience that celebrates tradition and community. Enjoy the delectable shellfish with their succulent, briny meat. Accompanied by pulled pork and all the fixings of homemade sides of mac-and-cheese, cole slaw, and Hillari’s infamous baked beans, the combination brings together surf and turf in a festive atmosphere.

Everyone will have a chance to taste the succulent and crispy-skinned, roasted pig that is not only a feast for the taste buds but also a visual spectacle.

Our oyster roast is not just about the food. It’s a social gathering, where friends and family come together to share stories, laughter, and delicious flavors, making it an unforgettable feast that honors both land and sea.
