Sign Policy in The Landings Prohibits Political Signs
The Landings, like many other planned residential communities, has Covenants and Rules and Regulations in place to protect property values, maintain uniformity, and ensure the beauty and security expected by homeowners remain top quality.
The sign policy reads as follows:
"Only five types of signs are permitted on an owner’s outside property: Real Estate signs, For Sale by Owner signs issued by TLA, Temporary Open House signs, Celebration Greetings signs (graduation, birthdays, anniversaries, baby announcements, etc.) for a period not to exceed 72 hours, and General Contractor signs (for New Construction projects and Major Improvement projects as indicated on the issued permit). Signs must face the street and are not permitted to be visible from the golf courses. See the Architectural Guidelines for further details."Â
All other signs, including those political in nature, are strictly prohibited.
For more information on sign approval, please email The Landings Association’s Community Development Department (cdd@landings.org).Â
