Absolute Concrete completed the community path panel replacements on Ward Lane this week.

Oakridge Gazebo Bridge Repairs and Replacement

Absolute Concrete poured the concrete deck at the Oakridge Gazebo Bridge this week (which is located along the community path between Log Landing to Hasleiter’s Retreat). Once the concrete cures, staff will install the bump railings along the bridge.

Delegal Creek Marina Sunset Room Water Line Repair

This week, the service water line that feeds the Delegal Creek Marina Sunset Pavilion, prep kitchen, and restrooms was repaired. The line had a leak in it which required immediate repair. The water line was repaired by staff, which saved the Association approximately $700.
