Skip the Association and Apply for Your RFID Online!

Did you know that residents can apply for a Radio Frequency Identification Device (RFID) for new vehicles to access the automated gates in The Landings from the comfort of their homes? That's right, you don't have to set foot in The Landings Association to get your RFID. 

Click here to complete the online application and upload your insurance and registration. If you do not have your registration, you can upload your bill of sale. However, don't forget to email us with your vehicle tag number when you get it. Otherwise, your barcode will be deactivated in 90 days.

Once our customer service team receives and processes your application, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know the ticket needed to obtain your RFID is waiting for you at the Main Gate. Then head to the Main Gate, pull into the Visitor's Lane, and a Security Officer will apply your RFID. For your convenience, the Main Gate is open 24/7, so there is no need to rush. You can have your barcode applied when it is convenient for you.
