Skidaway Abigails welcome you to join us at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday, October 10 at the Messiah Lutheran Church (1 West Ridge Road). Mary Landers, an environmental reporter for The Current in Coastal Georgia will discuss Savannah’s water resources and the evolving pressure on these finite resources including projected water usage from rapid industry growth. Water is a precious and limited resource and striking a proper balance between preserving and protecting Savannah’s water supply and residential and industrial progress is a challenging task. Closer to home on Skidaway, Mary will share information regarding water permitting and local water quality.

If you are interested in joining the Skidaway Abigails or coming to this meeting as a guest (No guest fee but must be accompanied by an Abigails member), please email chair@skidawayabigails.org.
