Center Island Tree Maintenance
R&D Tree Service completed pruning the palm trees on the center islands along the primary roads along with the removal of dead and/or hazardous trees that TLA staff have identified on common property.Â
Lagoon Valve Repairs
Staff met with Pinholster Construction this week to discuss lagoon valve repairs within the lagoon system to help with water control during heavy rain events.
Old Sunset Room Furniture Donation
Staff attempted to sell the old Sunset Room Furniture that was replaced this year. However, no one was interested in purchasing the furniture. Staff reached out to local, nearby churches who also showed no interest in receiving the furniture at no cost. Rather than discarding the furniture, staff donated it to The American Legion Post 154, a nonprofit veteran's organization.
