Center Island Tree Maintenance

R&D Tree Service completed pruning the palm trees on the center islands along the primary roads and are working to remove dead and/or hazardous trees that TLA staff have identified on common property. 

Smart Water Irrigation Controller

A new smart water irrigation controller was installed at the Dog Park in conjunction with a focus group of the Strategic Water Committee this week. This focus group has worked hard to install new technologies throughout the community in an effort to promote water conservation and sustainability throughout The Landings.

Community Park Restroom Closure

Beginning Thursday, September 5, the men’s restroom located at the Landings Community Park will be closed to allow staff and its contractors time to renovate the facility. Once the renovations have been completed, staff will send out a communication informing residents and their guests about the reopening of the facility. 

Marshview Landing Gate Maintenance

Staff installed 12-foot barrier gate arms and flexible bollards at the entrance and exit lanes at Marshview Landing this week. These new safety features were installed to prevent non-resident entry into this area of the community.
