Marshview Landing Gate Arms

At the request of the Marshview Landings Property Owners Association (POA), we recently installed extended gate arms at the Marshview Landing Gate (12 feet versus the previous 10 feet) for added security. Individuals should not attempt to “squeeze” past the gate arms while operating a golf cart or motorcycle as this can cause damage. Any damage caused by a resident or their guest will be the responsibility of the resident for repairs (labor and materials). If the damage is caused by blatant or egregious disregard, a $50 fine may be applied for careless driving.

Traffic Safety

The Guardian Pro camera/LIDAR system remained on Landings Way South near Huntingwood Retreat. The speed limit in this area is 35 MPH, and the highest recorded speed was 60 MPH. Staff sent out 21 violation notices between August 28 and September 3. To date, 220 fines have been paid.
