President's Special Report - Members’ Support Requested in TLA Strategic Planning!

Are you a current or recent strategic planner who is willing to volunteer your services to help shape the Association’s future? Or are you familiar with a strategic planner or firm with proven experience in helping nonprofit organizations or large-scale Property Owners Associations in developing strategic plans? If so, we would love to hear from you!

Your Landings Association’s Board of Directors is excited to announce we are updating our current Strategic Plan to guide our community’s direction over the coming years.

Your Association used an external consultant to help create the current plan and would like to utilize the services of a professional strategic planner once again.

Along with the traditional route of soliciting external firms, we also want to look inward to determine if a volunteer community resource can assist in this effort. We are fortunate to have many talented and accomplished individuals who live in The Landings and can think of no one better than one of our own to help shape our Strategic Plan.
