On Saturday, July 20, Security, CCFD, and CCPD responded to the intersection of Diamond Causeway and Westcross Road for a two-vehicle accident. One person was treated on scene and transported to a local hospital. Due to a second accident occurring at the same time and CCPD conducting the traffic investigation, the cause of the accident is unknown. At least one vehicle had to be removed from the scene via tow truck.

On Saturday, July 20, a SIFR was responding to a vehicle accident when a tree, which was struck by lightning, fell on her vehicle and blocked the roadway. Employees from a local tree company and landscaping company responded to the scene to remove the tree, so the roadway could be reopened to traffic. The vehicle was removed from the scene via tow truck. The driver of the vehicle was treated on scene.

Physical Altercation

On Sunday, July 21, Security, CCFD, SIFR, and CCPD responded to an incident between two residents that lead to a physical altercation. Although no arrests were made, one party was reportedly cited for trespassing and dog at large.
