TLA Speed Violation Fines Effective July 1
Since January 2024, those who violated the posted speed limit within The Landings received courtesy warnings as a reminder to slow down. Starting July 1, the Association will implement fines to offenders as illustrated below.
Speeding Violations:
**Recommendation for suspension of driving privileges in the community for 30 days**
As previously noted by General Manager Karl Stephens in an article published in the April 2024 edition of The Landings Journal, the Association does not want to fine any drivers, nor is this a strategy to generate additional revenue.
"The goal is simply to make drivers (residents, guests, employees, vendors, etc.) more aware of their surroundings, speeding, and fellow neighbors, in the name of safety." Stephens said.
