Repairs and Leveling Completed on Tidewater Square Brick Roadway

Form Construction Services, LLC completed the repairs and leveling of the potholes located on the inbound lane in Tidewater Square this week. Over the next week, in-house staff, in conjunction with BrightView will be working on minor landscaping enhancements around the brick columns. Additional plantings will be installed in the fall for all non-irrigated areas to ensure plant survival and growth.

Dog Park Maintenance and Closure

The Dog Park (both the small and large parks) will be closed on Tuesday, July 2 for annual landscaping maintenance throughout the park. The Dog Park will reopen on July 3 for its furry friends and owners!

July 4^th Holiday Preparations

BrightView, in conjunction with Public Works staff, began working around the community this week completing additional maintenance cycles, spraying and dying lagoons around amenity areas, and wrapping up various projects in preparation for the upcoming 4th of July holiday next week. 

Delegal Creek Marina Pier Maintenance

This week, in-house staff replaced 20 severely damaged deck boards on the north end of the Delegal Creek Marina Pier.
