Repairs and Leveling to Begin on Tidewater Square Brick Roadway

Form Construction Services, LLC completed the repairs and leveling of the potholes located on half of the inbound lane in Tidewater Square this week. This week, the contractor is working on the last half of the inbound lane to repair damaged sections/the releveling of brick pavers. The work is anticipated to be completed in five-to-seven days.   

2024 Storm Drain Project

Southeast Pipe completed surveying Area 2 of this year’s project this week (along Priest Landing Drive). Once staff, in conjunction with Southeast Pipe, compile the data for this area of the project, a formalized recommendation will be submitted to TLA Committees and the Board of Directors for review and approval. 

Curb and Gutter Repairs
This week, Absolute Concrete worked to repair damaged curbing and gutters along Tidewater Way and will continue working through this year’s operational repair program.
