Dear Neighbors,

Have you ever thought about making a bigger impact in our community? Now’s your chance! The Landings Association's Board of Directors is looking for interested and engaged homeowners like you to run for the upcoming 2025 - 2027 Board Election.

Our Board Directors are dedicated Landings homeowners who volunteer their time to ensure our community thrives. They bring their expertise to the table, focusing on governance, decision-making, and oversight to protect, preserve, and enhance the values and assets of The Landings Association. The Board consists of nine directors who serve three-year terms, elected by the community, plus an Ex-Officio member, when available, who brings valuable experience and insights from previous service.

What We Do:

As a Board Director, you will:

• Uphold and enforce our governing documents, such as Covenants, Bylaws, and Architectural Guidelines.
• Develop and implement policies to maintain and enhance our community.
• Collaborate on various committees (Board, Special, Regulatory, and Standing) to address different aspects of our Association’s needs.
• On average, Board Directors dedicate 12-to-15 hours per month to Board and Committee meetings. These meetings are scheduled a year in advance, allowing you to balance your volunteer duties with other personal interests and commitments.

How You Can Help:

We’re currently seeking candidates for the fall election, and our Nominating Committee is actively reaching out to potential Board members. If approached by a committee member, please take the time to listen and ask any questions you may have. New Board members will join in January but are welcomed to attend meetings once elected.
