Join the Nominating Committee for The Landings Association Board of Directors!

Are you passionate about shaping the future of our community? The Landings Association is seeking dynamic volunteers to join the Nominating Committee for the upcoming Board of Directors election for the term of 2025 – 2027.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Community-Minded Individuals: At least five members who are not on the current Board or running for election.
  • Knowledgeable Leaders: A solid grasp of our community’s governing documents is essential.
  • Committed Team Players: Availability to attend all meetings from late May to early September.
  • Experienced Voices: Prior involvement in community boards or organizations is a plus.
  • Impartial Judges: An unbiased approach with no conflicts of interest.
  • Effective Communicators: Strong collaboration and interview skills to aid in the candidate selection process.

Why Volunteer? Being part of the Nominating Committee is a significant role that directly contributes to the success and governance of our community. It’s an opportunity to ensure that the Board of Directors is composed of informed and dedicated members.
