New Car, New RFID!
Do you have plans to purchase a new vehicle to welcome spring? If so, remember your RFID is your key to access the gates in The Landings. Below are a few things you need to know about getting a new RFID and ensuring your property record is update at The Landings Association.
- When purchasing a new vehicle, do not attempt to transfer your old RFID to your new vehicle.
- Please bring proof of ownership of your new vehicle to The Landings Association (600 Landings Way South) during normal business hours (Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.), and our friendly customer service team will issue you an RFID form to take to the Main Gate to get your RFID.
- While you are in the office, don’t forget to check that we have an email address on file for you, as well all other residential information, including phone numbers and occupants in your home authorized to use your Gate Pass P.I.N.
- If you aren’t transferring the license plate from your old car to the new car, our team will issue you a 90-day RFID. Don’t worry, you won’t have to visit us for another RFID. Simply call our office (912-598-2520) when you get your new tag, and we will update your record and extend your barcode to reflect permanent, non-expiring status.
