2024 Road Repair and Maintenance Project

Bennett Paving completed milling and paving Chatuachee Crossing this week. The contractor will begin working on repairs on Breakfast Court next week.

Absolute Concrete completed the installation of curbing at the Main Gate and will begin working on Breakfast Court ahead of the asphalt work next week.

Common Property Tree Removal

Public Works staff partnered with one of our contractors this week, R&D Tree Service, to remove 32 dangerous and/or dead trees from various locations throughout the community. Live Oaks will be planted in select spots next winter to replace some of the trees that required removal.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Delegal Creek Marina Street Light Repair

In-house staff was able to repair a damaged underground service cable which feeds the streetlight in the Delegal Creek Marina parking lot. This in-house repair saved the community more than $4,000 from the original quotes staff received from contractors to repair the underground service cable.
