Have you noticed the blue tarp on The Landings Company’s building? A large tree fell on our freshly renovated building several months ago, but we have good news! On February 21, we reached a settlement with the insurance company to repair the $400k in damage done to the roof trusses, two steel beams, and more. Fortunately, the Company is only responsible for a $25k deductible. The repair work should begin in the next 60-90 days and will be expedited to finish as soon as possible.
Soon, there will be no more tarp!
