Paving on Log Landing Road Begins Tomorrow (February 7)
Bennett Paving is scheduled to begin paving Log Landing Road tomorrow (February 7), from the Fire Station to Cabbage Crossing. The paving phase is anticipated to take two days to complete. However, it may continue into Friday (February 9). Paving will begin each day between the hours of 8:30 and 9 a.m. and end around 5 p.m. Paving will depend on weather conditions, road conditions, equipment status, and asphalt plant operations.
During the paving process access will be limited and you may experience lengthy delays. Please note that staff and its contractor will try to accommodate all residents when possible, but please plan accordingly.Â
Once the paving is completed, access will be restricted until the new asphalt has cooled to an acceptable temperature. This process usually takes about two-to-three hours depending on weather conditions.
