Dream Maker Circle Gazebo Maintenance

This week, in-house staff reconstructed the flooring and replaced the rotted benches in the Gazebo located on Dream Maker Circle (in the Moon River phase of the community). Residents now can safely use and enjoy the gazebo. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Vandalism at Landings Community Park

This week, in-house staff repaired the men's bathroom door at Landings Community Park's restrooms as it was vandalized. An image of the damaged door is pictured below.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2024 Road Repair and Maintenance Project

Recently, Bennett Paving milled and paved a portion of Shellwind Drive from Moonbill Lane to just past Sundew Road. This section of asphalt has significantly deteriorated, thus requiring repaving. 

This week, Absolute Concrete repaired damaged road curbing on Modena Road.
