On the Waterfront
Landings Harbor Marina
Normal Operating Hours: Monday - Sunday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Above Ground Fuel Tank Project
Uniformed Concrete completed pouring the concrete pad for the above ground fuel tanks. They also prepared the area in front of the fuel pumps to replace the underground fuel lines. The sidewalk is completely blocked off with caution tape for everyone’s safety. Gas and diesel service will be operational until Guardian Fuel Technologies is prepared to make the transition to the new fuel system. We will communicate with our boaters when and how long the fuel operations will be interrupted. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We remind everyone to use caution while at the marina with all these projects underway.
Dry Rack Replacement – Phase Two
Our team is moving boats out of the original K, L, and M racks and placing them in open slips and on ground racks in the wash rack area. This will greatly limit the amount of wash rack space that is available. We will do our best to accommodate your wash rack requests but it will be on a limited basis. Please give us as much notice as possible if you are requesting a boat move for the duration of this project. We are working with our contractor to begin removing the rack building that is up for replacement as soon as next week. We expect the project to be completed near the end of March.
Sea Wall Repairs
Phil Dolan Yacht Services is working to repair the seawall during low tide. Additional panels were damaged during last week’s storm and are being replaced with new vinyl panels. The supply chain for these panels has become limited, and we are working with our vendors to purchase the additional panels as quickly as possible.
The Landings Sailing Club
Frostbite Race Series #2 was last weekend. There was brilliant sunshine with strong gusts of wind. Some boats decided it was a bit too blustery, but others moved forward and completed the race.
Landings Harbor Storage
Dry, wet, and jet ski storage are currently full. We will continue to maintain all waiting lists. We are preparing for Phase Two of the Dry Rack Storage Project. We have temporarily relocated boats that previously were in the racks that will be replaced.
Landings Dry Storage Activity
Delegal Creek Marina (DCM)
Operating hours 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Daily
The Marinas staff will continue to monitor the weather and may open water faucets to a minimal drip when temperatures are expected to drop below freezing. Please allow the faucets to drip and the staff will close them when the temperatures rise above 32 degrees. We expect temperatures to continue to drop during the late evening and early morning though the weekend. Please call us if you have any concerns with these extreme temperatures, we're happy to help in any way we can.
