Post-Storm Cleanup
Following Tuesday’s storms, three trees fell, blocking roadways that were subsequently cleared and cleaned up by the Public Works Tree Crew. BrightView, in conjunction with Public Works staff, continues clean-up efforts of all common properties and are scheduled to return to normal maintenance cycles next week.Â
Roadway Curb Repairs
Absolute Concrete repaired 580 linear feet of roadway curbing on Log Landing Road this week in preparation for this year’s road paving project. Absolute Concrete will progress to Modena Road next week to address any necessary curb repairs.
New Street Lights at Landings Harbor Marina
Three street lights were installed at Landings Harbor Marina this week. Two street lights were installed along the new walking path, and one was installed on the new concrete center island.
