Gatehouse Turf Pigmentation

BrightView, in conjunction with its contractors, completed the turf pigmentation at the gatehouses this week. Turf pigmentation will last for several months and requires no overseeding or watering while the turf is dormant. In  addition to being environmentally friendly, the dye acts as an insulator for the soil, keeping it warmer, which allows for a quicker regrowth in the spring.

Community Path Maintenance

Absolute Concrete replaced 37 damaged community path panels this week, along with pouring an ADA compliant ramp at Landings Harbor Marina.

Storm Drain Maintenance

This week, staff poured six storm drain lids to replace ones that have been damaged throughout the community by large dump trucks and vehicles.
