Suspicious Person

On November 13, Security responded to a report of a suspicious person walking with a suitcase in the area Landings Way North and Wiley Bottom Road. The responding Officer patrolled the area but was unable to find the individual. There were no further reports of the suspicious person.

Traffic Safety

The Guardian Pro traffic system was relocated to Bartram Road from Landings Way South. On November 14, a total of 63 vehicles exceeded speeds of 42 MPH in this posted 30 MPH zone. Drivers are reminded to drive responsibly and safely in our community and to comply with our speed limit of 30 MPH unless otherwise posted.

Warnings and Citations

  • Warnings and citations were issued to vendors for not displaying logos on RFID-equipped vehicles, cursing at Security, and exceeding the weight limit on Tidewater Way.
  • Warnings were issued for parking in a no parking zone and a trailer parked on private property.
