Mulch installation at Landings Community Park and Dog Park

On Wednesday, 80 yards of mulch was installed at The Landings Community Park Playground and the small dog section of the Dog Park. The maintenance is conducted annually and is included within our landscape contract with BrightView.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Storm Drain Maintenance

Southeast Pipe removed root intrusions and cleared other blockages in the storm drainpipes along Westcross Road near Cabbage Crossing this week.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Annual Road Cutback Program

Staff began working on the Annual Road Cutbacks program this week.This program is completed in-house and encompasses lifting the canopies up over the roadways to provide proper heights for emergency vehicles and other large vehicles within the community. Staff completed the cutbacks at the gatehouses this week and currently are working in Marshwood along Priest Landing Drive.
