On the Security Scene
Altercation
On October 2, Landings Security responded to an incident involving a dog fight which resulted in a resident being bitten by one of the dogs involved. A verbal altercation ensued, which led to an alleged physical altercation. All parties involved were interviewed and are in the process of submitting written statements. During the initial investigation, it was determined one party’s dog was not currently registered with The Landings Association, which is in violation of the Dog Park rules. Residents are strongly encouraged, and lawfully obligated, to educate themselves on TLA’s updated Rules and Regulations. The case was turned over to Chatham County Animal Services.
