Candidates Named for 2024-2026 Association Board of Directors Election

Board Candidates for the 2024-2026 Landings Association’s Board of Directors Election have been named and include the following individuals:

  • Brian Dunphy
  • John Forney
  • David Krautheimer
  • Marian Mackle
  • Fran Provencher-Kambour
  • Jason Somers

Voting will open in late-September and biographies of each candidate as well as highlights of what they would like to accomplish as a Landings Association Board Director will be posted on our website (www.landings.org). The vote will run through late-October. 

This year’s Board Candidate Vote will be electronic. Ballots will not be mailed to property owners. However, Association Members can drop by The Landings Association Office (600 Landings Way South) during regular business hours (Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) for assistance with voting, if needed, or to have a ballot printed on demand.
