This week, Absolute Concrete completed community path panel repairs and maintenance on Landings Way South.
Landings Harbor Parking Renovation
TLA staff began preparations for the upcoming parking lot renovations which will begin in mid-September. Communications will be distributed once the project timeline has been confirmed.
Landings Harbor Pier Project
TLA staff completed the final touches on the Landings Harbor Pier project this week. Staff installed new benches along the walkway, along with additional path lighting. Water access points were also added along with additional fishing bait stations and fishing rod stations.
Welcome our new Team Member, Greg Freeman!
Help us welcome Greg Freeman to the Public Works Department. He’s the new Natural Resources Manager (previously known as the Environmental Manager) for the department. With a background in Biology and Environmental Policy, Greg has extensive experience in wildlife management. He’s married to his beautiful wife Denise and is an active member of The Wildlife Society, Ducks Unlimited, The National Wild Turkey Federation, and certified Deer Steward by The National Deer Association. We’re excited to have Greg on our team!
Deer Creek Identifier Sign
In-house staff installed the new gate identifier sign at the Deer Creek/Village entrance this week. Unfortunately, the manufacturer used the wrong ship logo and is working to recreate the sign with the correct ship logo. Once received, staff will install the correct sign for the gatehouse.
