CCA September 11 Seminar

Commander Nathaniel L. Robinson, Commanding Officer of Coast Guard Marine Safety Unit (MSU) is the featured host for CCA Skidaway’s seminar on Monday, September 11 starting at 7 p.m. at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church (3 West Ridge Road).

He will share with attendees his duties as Captain of the Port, Officer in Charge of Marine Inspections, as well as his responsibilities in Federal Maritime Security and On-Scene Operations throughout Coastal Georgia.

Commander Robinson is a graduate of the University of West Florida, Southern New Hampshire University, and the U.S. Air Force Command and Staff College. In 2022, he earned a certificate in Executive Leadership from the University of Notre Dame. Before the Coast Guard, Robinson served as the Director of Marketing for the Naval Aviation Museum Foundation, overseeing the national promotion and advertising for the National Naval Aviation Museum onboard Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida. He earned his commission from the United States Coast Guard’s Officer Candidate School in 2006. Robinson's decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal, Coast Guard Commendation Medal (4), Coast Guard Achievement Medal, Commandants Letter of Commendation Ribbon, and other service and unit awards.

 CCA’s raffle prize for this month is a $100 gift certificate to Castaways in Sandfly.
