Marina Team Updates

It’s that time of year that we have to say goodbye to more of our summer crew who are heading back to college. Bella will be returning to Virginia Military Institute, and Sam is going back to Middle Tennessee State University. We are very grateful that Bella and Sam came back to help us out this summer! Their last day is this Sunday, August 13. Please stop by and wish them well!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mike Bousquet

It has been a couple weeks since Mike retired after 38 years with the Marinas. TLA held a Retirement Luncheon for him at the Sunset Room for TLA employees on Wednesday, August 9. We all got to catch up with him, and he says he is doing great! He looked fantastic and relaxed. He is spending his time swimming, biking, and working in his yard. TLA gave him a gift certificate to Perry Rubber Bike Shop since we know he loves to ride his bike everywhere. Boaters, friends, and family will be celebrating with Mike on Tuesday, September 12 at Landings Harbor. More information to come as it gets closer!

Landings Harbor Storage

Dry, wet, and jet ski storage are all full. We will continue to maintain all wait lists. We are beginning to prepare for Phase 2 of the Dry Rack Storage Project that will commence at the end of this year. We are preparing for this by creating a plan of where to place the boats that are currently in the rack that will be temporarily displaced.

Delegal Creek Marina

Operating Hours 8 AM – 5 PM Daily

Delegal has been relatively quiet the last couple of weeks. Heat advisories and high temperatures are expected for the next couple weeks, so please stay hydrated.
