Suspicious Incident

On August 8, Landings Security responded to a home regarding a report of a suspicious person. Upon Security’s arrival, the person (a younger, white male) had departed, but a witness stated he was driving what appeared to be a white Ford F-250. The housekeeper later reported she observed several signs inside the home and believes someone may have been inside. No signs of forced entry were discovered, and patrols conducted extra premise checks and patrols with nothing unusual or suspicious observed or reported. Nothing was reported missing from the residence.

Loose Dog

This week, Security was able to safely capture a loose dog running along Diamond Causeway, Landings Way South, and Tidewater Way, and return it to its rightful owner. Upon capturing the Australian Shepherd, a microchip was read on the canine. However, when Security called the company to report the found dog, it was discovered the microchip was never registered.
