CDD Weekly Update

The CDD team has been busy this week. Following is a closer look at what they've been working on.

Private Property Maintenance Standards 

Staff performed routine inspections in Oakridge and Moon River this week. Follow-up and requested inspections were conducted throughout the island. This week, five properties were contacted regarding new violations of the Private Property Maintenance Standards, and three properties were contacted to provide courtesy education regarding property maintenance standards. This process supports our Strategic Plan strategy to strengthen the education program for current and future owners on governing documents, especially the Covenants and Rules and Regulations, to ensure better understanding.
