2023 Storm Drain Project

Southeast Pipe began working on Phase 2 of this year’s storm drain capital project this week beginning on Captain Kirk Lane. Barring any weather delays, this year’s project is scheduled to be completed mid-August.

Landings harbor Fishing Pier Repairs

Absolute Concrete began pouring the concrete surface on the Landings Harbor Fishing Pier this week.They will continue working on the pier next week until completion. During this time, the pier will remain closed to all residents, boaters and guests. 

Delegal Creek Marina Street Light Repairs

In-house staff is working on modifying sections of railing on the Delegal Marina Pier that were previously repaired when the electrical panel was installed. The current railings had voids/spaces which are being addressed to improve the overall aesthetics and safety.
