Feedback Needed Regarding Landings Association Proposed Rules and Regulations Changes 

After several months of review and input by The Landings Association’s Board, committees, staff, and legal counsel, we now have some proposed changes to the existing Rules and Regulations ready for community review and input.

These changes include such items as defining golf cart sizes and speeds, clarifying where yard debris can be placed, and adding Rules to Landings Community Park, mirroring the rules of our other amenities.
