UIG to Conduct Sewer Maintenance Hole Repairs on Magnolia Crossing Beginning Today (June 16)

Utilities, Inc. has informed The Landings Association that crews will be performing some emergency repairs to the sewer maintenance hole in the side yard of 34 Magnolia Crossing starting today (Friday, June 16). During this work, a dewatering pump will be placed in the corner of 34 Magnolia Crossing, which will be running 24 hours a day for several days. 

There also will be flow-through ramps in the street to bypass the sewer main while this work is being performed. Please use caution in the area, as there will be trucks and heavy equipment.
