We are ecstatic that the first phase of the Landings Harbor Dry Storage Project is officially complete! We are actively putting all the temporarily displaced boats back into their updated and/or new home slips. We have begun to make calls to those on the waitlist and expect to have them filled by the end of next week.

Summer Hours

We have officially begun our summer operating hours. Landings Harbor Marina hours will be Monday through Friday 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. and 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. We encourage all our dry slip boaters to use the BoatCloud App for their boat move requests.  Please communicate any end of day boat move requests prior to the last half hour before closing. When requesting early morning moves, keep in mind that it may take a few minutes in the mornings to clear out boats left in the basin after hours from the night prior. Boaters that use the BoatCloud App to request a move will be given priority to walk-ups.  If you need help accessing or using the BoatCloud App, please reach out to us at 912-598-1901 and we will be happy to assist you. We do request that any trailer moves be done on the weekdays.

We have the perfect Landings Harbor t-shirt and hat for this holiday weekend! It’s not too late to come in and get yours!  Our coolers are filled with cold beverages and our ice cream freezer is stocked with Leopold’s single serve cups and other frozen treats!  It’s the kick-off to summer, so calories in ice cream do not exist for these few months!

Now that Phase One is complete, we are calling residents on the waiting list to fill in the open slips that we have gained. The wet slips and jet ski spaces are 100% full. We continue to maintain a waiting list for all slips and will fill the slips as available.

Landings Harbor Fishing Pier

The Marina staff have been receiving complaints that bait and fish are being cut up on the benches along the pier. There are several bait cutting boards attached to the handrail for your convenience. The benches are for sitting and enjoying the waterfront views. Please do not clean fish or cut bait on the benches. Always clean up behind yourself after using the resident fishing pier amenity.

All our Kayaks have been reserved for the holiday weekend. Now that it is summer, it is best to think ahead and reserve early!

 

Kayak rental requests are picking up, so be sure to call ahead to ensure we have availability to meet your needs. If you have your own kayak that is not being stored at the Marina, please stop by the Harbormaster's office to for the annual use fee to utilize the kayak launch. Please don't hesitate to call and ask questions regarding tides and optimal weather conditions.
