Oh My Zoysia, We're Sprucing Up Our Entrances!

As part of our landscape contract with Brightview, The Landings Association is in the process of converting the sod at our entrances to Zoysia.
This low maintenance grass has many benefits, including insect resistance and the ability to stand up to heat and drought.
