Motor Vehicle Crash (MVC)
On April 17, Landings Security responded to and managed a MVC at the intersection of Bartram Road and Joshua’s Retreat involving paving equipment. Chatham County Police Department (CCPD), and Chatham Emergency Services (CES) were notified and responded. Although no major damage was sustained to either vehicle, an injury was reported, requiring medical transportation. CCPD did not issue any citations, but the driver of the vehicle was determined to be at fault.

Neighbor to Vender Dispute
On April 17, Landings Security responded to a resident regarding a dispute with a vendor blocking a mailbox. Upon arrival, the Patrol Officer observed both parties yelling at each other. The Officer was able to deescalate the verbal argument, and the parties reached an amicable resolution.
Warnings and Citations
- Warnings and fines were issued to vendors for not displaying logos on RFID-equipped vehicles and/or for not using safety cones.
- A warning was issued to a resident for driving a golf cart in no cart zones.
- Warnings were issued to residents for overnight parking of vehicles on the street.
- Warnings were issued to a resident for parking in an unauthorized unpaved location.
