Bartram Road South Milling Begins Monday (April 17)

Fri, 04/14/2023

Beginning Monday (April 17), Bennett Paving will start milling Bartram Road South from the North Gate southbound to Landings Way North (near The Landings Dog Park). Once milling has been completed, paving will commence. Barring any weather or plant delays, this project is anticipated to take five-to-seven days to complete.

During this project, access to the roadway will be limited and you will encounter delays. Local vehicular traffic (e.g., residents, mail delivery, and emergency vehicles) will be permitted to drive on the milled surface until the paving process begins. Once the paving begins, access will be limited and restricted to all vehicles depending on the progression of the work. Signage and traffic control personnel will be onsite throughout the project to assist with any detours.

Please note that the connecting roads located off Bartram Road South will not be closed completely. However, they may be restricted to one lane of traffic at times. Please plan accordingly.

Thank you in advance for your patience and support as we continue to improve the infrastructure located throughout the community. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact The Landings Association's Public Works Department (pwmanagers@landings.org or 912-598-5509).
