Marinas Security CamerasÂ
The squirrels have been chewing through our camera lines, knocking our cameras off-line. Remote Technology came to the rescue! They installed the cables in flexible tubing to prevent the squirrels from being able to damage them.

Landings Harbor Dry Storage ProjectÂ
The foundation for the new N, P, & R racks is complete and ready for the building to be constructed. We are expecting the steel to arrive April 14 or 17. While this project is going on, we continue to ask that boaters give us a few hours’ notice for boat moves. Once the steel arrives, we expect to have limited access to the vessels in the K, L & M racks until the main framers are assembled and placed onto the footers. We appreciate your patience as we work through this project. We anticipate phase one of the project to be completed before Memorial Day weekend.Â

The Landings Harbor StoreÂ
It’s not too late to swing by the Landings Harbor Store to pick up some goodies to put in those Easter baskets! We have a couple of custom embroidered new hats that arrived this week. One is a white Cool Fit cap, and the other is a gray camo design made from recycled materials. Both provide moisture-wicking properties to keep your head covered and comfortable from the sun’s rays. We have new beverage koozies in a local map design for both regular and slim cans. That same design is available in a neck gaiter with 50 UPF. The Easter Bunny would be super cool if he brought the kids Rheos sunglasses! These are perfect for kids because they protect their eyes and float if they happen to drop them into the water! We are open seven days a week 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. We are also fully stocked with Leopold’s single serve ice cream cups for this holiday weekend. Vanilla, chocolate, mint chocolate chip, chocolate chip, cookies2, butter pecan, coffee, peanut butter chippy, and strawberry flavors are available.Â

The Landings Sailing ClubÂ
The Landings Sailing Club is collaborating with a certified SEAS (Society for the Education of American Sailors) instructor to offer a Basic Sailing Course. The class is intended to teach the basics of sailing to those 21 and over who have never been on a sailboat, as well as those with some experience. The two-day intensive course includes interactive classroom instruction plus an on-the-water session to practice boat and sail-handling skills. The next class will be May 13 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Please call Angela Margolit (973-296-8011) with any questions. To register, email her (amargolit@hotmail.com).
Landings Harbor Storage
The dry slips are fully occupied currently. We are using open slips currently to temporarily house boats displaced while we work on the rack replacement project. The wet slips and jet ski spaces are 100% full. We continue to maintain a waiting list for all slips and will fill the slips as available.

Delegal Creek Marina
Operating Hours 9 AM – 5 PM Daily
It's ramping up to be a busy transient season. For those of you with friends and/or family looking to stay at Delegal Creek for a visit, it would be in everyone's best interest to call ahead. We are limited in available slips to put guests.Â
Delegal Creek Electrical RepairsÂ
Evan’s Electric completed the replacement of the main feeder lines and installed the new panel for B-Dock. There are four power centers on the dock that are not currently on due to some additional parts that were ordered from the supplier. Once the parts arrive, Evan’s Electric will return and restore power to those four power centers. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation during this lengthy project to bring the Marina compliant with the new electrical codes.Â
