Cast Your Annual Dues Vote Today

Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to vote in The Landings Association's 2024-2026 Annual Dues Vote. For those who’ve not yet cast your ballots, please do so today, then get back to enjoying spring in this beautiful community you call home. 

Remember, this vote isn’t about adding new services but rather maintaining our infrastructure, some of which is 51 years old. Your “YES” vote helps to ensure The Landings remains a well-maintained and competitive choice to live, work, and play for many years to come. 

We need at least 60% participation of all property owners for a valid vote, and trust that you will help us reach this requirement.
