Landings Harbor Dry Storage Project

The N, P, and R racks are in the process of being demolished and removed. We have placed many of the boats that were on those racks in available racks and utilized other sections of the marina to stage the rest. If your boat was in any of those racks and you want to use your boat, please call us with at least a few hours prior notice, in case the boat is blocked in the staging area. Please watch the video that was posted to The Landings Association website and on the YouTube channel, where Karl Stephens and Larry Sincoskie explain the first steps of demolition that began taking place this Monday.

2023 Dredging Project

Dolan Yacht Service, Inc. has completed the allotted hours for the dredging project. The dredge has been pulled out of the water, and the dredge pump was picked up by Sunbelt Rentals. We will be getting a post-dredging bathymetric survey to verify the amount of material that was successfully removed during this project. The preliminary depth readings are showing approximately five feet at mean low water where the dredge worked this year.

Landings Harbor Store

The Landings Harbor Store will be having one “Sweetheart of a Sale” beginning this Friday. Look for great prices on clearance and special select items as we make room for new merchandise for the upcoming season. Think beyond the roses and candy. We have the perfect gifts for the Landings sweetheart in your life!

The Landings Sailing Club

There were 12 competitors in the Frostbite #4 Races. First place winners from TLSC were Bonnie Blue (J/24) and Susan B. (Rhodes 19). Winds were brisk and gusts were challenging, but an exhilarating experience was had by all.

Landings Harbor Storage

The Landings Harbor Marina dry storage is at full capacity. Recent departures have left a few slips open that we are going to use temporarily to help stage boats while we work through the dry rack project. The wet slips and jet ski spaces are 100% full. We continue to maintain a waiting list for all slips and will fill the slips as available.

** On Saturday, our team moved a lot of sailboats for the Frostbite Race while also moving all the boats out of the rack that was going to be demolished beginning on Monday. These moves were not included in BoatCloud.

Delegal Creek Marina

Operating Hours 9 AM – 5 PM Daily

As a reminder, it's the new year, so if you plan on utilizing the kayak launch and aren't storing your kayak, here there is a $20 one-time fee for the year. We'd appreciate if you stop by the office to obtain a 2023 sticker. The fee can be added to your TLA account, so no need to bring a credit card or cash if you don't want to.
