Community Path Maintenance 

On Monday (1/30), Absolute Concrete is scheduled to repair the final connector along the Oakridge Gazebo path to TLC-owned community path bridge. The bridge will be closed during this time. Staff scheduled this work in conjunction with the golf course closure to ensure minimal inconveniences to golfers and residents who walk this path. As a reminder, because this is a jointly owned path (TLA/TLC), the expenses associated with replacement will be shared between both entities.

Center Island Tree Cutbacks 

Staff continued working on 2023 Center Island Cutbacks in Palmetto (Phase 2) this week. As a reminder, this year’s center island cutbacks include all center islands on the secondary and tertiary streets located in the Palmetto section of the community.
